		<description>I think the seller need to get it looking as good as possible...otherwise buyers will be turned off and the odds of selling are low (unless the price is significantly less than comparable properties.</description>

		<description>I agree that photos are important to a listing.  However, there are times when the seller is not able to get the house to &quot;showing&quot; quality.  Should the seller not list because the property is not in &quot;showing&quot; condition?  Does it do more harm to have a messy property listed?</description>
